Senior Connections' Health Promotion Program is dedicated to helping older adults throughout Douglas County stay active, healthy, independent, and connected through wellness programs, educational opportunities, and evidence-based activities.

While we currently do not have a Health Promotion Specialist, we hope to welcome someone to the role soon and bring more health and wellness opportunities to our community. There are no program activities currently through Senior Connections available.

The Lew Martin Senior Center, located at 1527 Tower Avenue in Superior, offers a variety of fitness, wellness, recreational, and social activities for older adults throughout the year.
