Senior Connections offers several health promotion evidence-based workshops, that can help you maintain your independence and help manage your life.

Workshops are being offered free or for a minimal donation for materials for Douglas County residents.

This free event is for both Wisconsin and Minnesota residents.

October 22nd, 2025 from 3pm to 7pm at the Superior Public Library. **Notary and witness services will be there along with help to complete your Power of Attorney forms.**
