Senior Connections offers several health promotion evidence-based workshops, that can help you maintain your independence and help manage your life. 


Workshops are being offered free or for a minimal donation for materials for Douglas County residents.

SENIOR FARMERS MARKET VOUCHERS will be available at the Senior Connections, Inc. office as of 8:30am on June 13th. This year we will be providing $35.00 in vouchers and more than one eligible person in a household can receive the vouchers. This is an age and income based program---please see the flyer below for age and income requirements.

MATTER OF BALANCE
Reduces the fear of falling and increases activity levels in older adults.  Participants learn to view falls and fear of falling as controllable, set realistic goals for increased activity, change their living space to reduce fall risks, and promote exercise to increase strength and balance.
