Health Promotion

Senior Connections offers several health promotion evidence-based workshops, that can help you maintain your independence and help manage your life.

Currently classes are being offered virtually but hopefully will be scheduled in person as soon as it is safe to do so.  Workshops are being offered free or for a minimal donation for materials for Douglas County residents.

If you are interested in participating in one of these programs, please contact Luann at Senior Connections 715-394-3611 or [email protected] .  See descriptions of currently offered programs below.
