Senior Connections offers several health promotion evidence-based workshops, that can help you maintain your independence and help manage your life. 


Workshops are being offered free or for a minimal donation for materials for Douglas County residents.

One in four people 65+ has a fall each year! 'Stepping On' has been researched and proven to reduce falls by 31%!
Please join us for the 'Stepping On Falls Prevention' workshop, starting September 4th – October 23rd at the Village of Superior Town Hall, 6702 Ogden Avenue.
This workshop is designed for individuals 60+.

Please join us for our “Brighter Days Ahead” general support group.

This will be a place for you to come, have some coffee and just talk about what has been on your mind. This group is open to all, at no cost.
