Congregate Meals

Senior Connections Nutrition Program provides a nutritionally balanced meal and place to get together at a variety of locations across Douglas County. We are funded by Federal, State, and County resources, along with individual donations. The Nutrition Sites are open to persons 60 and older and their spouse, regardless of age. Suggested contribution is $6.00 per meal. The Congregate Meal Program offers more than just a meal. It provides socialization, nutrition education, and is often the gateway to many other services.

Please call Senior Connections at least 24 hours in advance to reserve a meal and to cancel, (715) 394-3611.  $6.00 suggested contribution per meal.
